Privacy
This site has one form on it. This page says exactly what happens to what you type into it, who else ends up holding it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
Only when you submit the contact form. Nothing is collected from simply reading the site.
- What you type
- First name, last name (optional), company, email address, and your message.
- Country and region
- Derived from your connection — the country and state or province it came from, nothing more precise. We use it to work out which privacy laws apply to your data, since those are written state by state.
What we deliberately don't collect
This list is the useful half of the page. A notice that only describes what a site takes tells you very little.
- No cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything. The site sets none, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics scripts and no tracking pixels. Nothing on this page measures you — no beacon, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no advertising tags. Our host does produce aggregate traffic counts simply by carrying the requests; that is described below, because claiming "no analytics" outright would be a nicer sentence than a true one.
- We do not store your IP address. It necessarily reaches our server to deliver the request and to check the anti-spam challenge, and we discard it there — it is not sent to our CRM and not written to any queue or log we keep. Our host handles it as part of routing and filtering, which no website can avoid.
- No city-level location. Our infrastructure provider could tell us; we do not ask for it and do not keep it.
- No fonts, scripts or images from third-party CDNs. Loading those would hand your IP address to companies you have no relationship with, purely to render a typeface.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to know who we are answering. The company field tells us the context of the question; the country and region tell us which legal obligations we have to you. That is the whole of it.
What we never do
We do not sell what you send. We do not use it for marketing beyond replying to the message you actually sent — no newsletters you didn't ask for, no adding you to a sequence, no sharing with partners. If we ever want to send you something unrelated, we will ask you first.
Who else sees it
- HubSpot — our customer records live there, hosted in the United States. Your submission becomes a contact record so that it doesn't get lost in an inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, carries every request to it, and runs the anti-spam challenge on the form. They process IP addresses to route and filter traffic, under their own terms.
That is the complete list. No data brokers, no enrichment services, no advertising networks.
The traffic counts we can see
Because every request passes through our host, they compile aggregate statistics that we can look at: how many requests and page views the site received, roughly which countries they came from, and how much traffic was blocked as malicious. We did not add anything to the page to collect this and we cannot turn it off — it is a by-product of the site being hosted at all, and every site behind a CDN has the same.
What it is not: these are counts, not profiles. There is no per-visitor record for us to open, nothing tied to a name, and nothing that follows you to another site. We have also left our host's optional visitor-analytics product switched off, which is why no measurement script loads on this page.
How long we keep it
- In our CRM: until you ask us to delete it, or until we clear out records that never went anywhere.
- In our failure queue: 90 days, automatically. If our CRM is unreachable when you submit, your message is held in a short-lived encrypted store so it isn't silently lost, and it deletes itself after 90 days whether or not anyone touches it.
Asking for your data back
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We are a small firm; there is no portal and no form for this — just ask a human.
Use the contact form and say what you want. We'll do it — we won't ask you to prove a legal right first, and a request to be deleted is not an invitation to sell you anything.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and leave this page describing the old version.
